Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 1, 2026

We build accessible websites for a living, so we hold our own site to the same standard. Everyone should be able to find what they need here, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification, or captions.

Our standard

We aim for forwardweb.io to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the ADA Title II web rule and most accessibility laws.

What we do

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Pages use real headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Text and controls are designed for readable contrast, and pages reflow on small screens and when zoomed to 400%.
  • Animation respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and moving content can be paused.
  • Our forms mark required fields, explain errors in text, and announce when your message is sent. Spam protection runs in the background, with no puzzles or image tests.
  • We test with automated tools (axe) and by hand with a keyboard, and we re-check after changes.

Conformance status

We believe forwardweb.io partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means most of the site meets the standard, and we’re working on the few places that don’t yet.

Known limitations

  • On the home page, the white text on the animated color band (“Small-town service. Big-league work.”) can have lower contrast at some moments in the animation. The same information is available elsewhere on the page, and we’re working on a fix.
  • Some features come from third parties, such as Google’s reCAPTCHA notice. We choose accessible options, but we don’t control their code.

Feedback and help

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, tell us. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days and work with you to get you what you need.

Technical details

forwardweb.io is built with WordPress and Elementor and relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA to work with your browser and assistive technology. We check it in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Web design & development

Custom sites that make it easy to call you

A good website does three jobs: tells people what you do, shows you’re the real deal, and makes it easy to reach you. We design around those first — then build it fast, in-house.

Hosting & care plans

Hosting that stays up, with a person to call

Your website needs a home and someone keeping an eye on it. Our care plans cover both, so you’re never the one who finds out your site is down.

Local SEO

Show up when people nearby search

When someone nearby searches for what you do, Google shows a map with three businesses. Local SEO is the work of getting you into those spots — and we show you the progress on a map every month.

Google Ads & Business Profile

Be at the top of Google today

SEO takes time. Google Ads puts you at the top of the results now, and you only pay when someone clicks — with every call and form tracked so you know what each lead cost.

ADA compliance & PDF remediation

Documents everyone can read

Townships, schools, and many businesses need their PDFs to work for people using screen readers. We handle remediation through our partner ADAComply — and if we host your site, finished documents post automatically.

Graphic design & branding

One look everywhere your name appears

When your website, your truck, your business card, and your social pages all look like they belong together, people remember you. If it has your name on it, we can design it.
